Guild Rules
Life Aggro rules of engagement are written for your safety and for that of your team. They are not flexible, nor am I. Is that clear?

Raid Invites
Invites to the weekly emblem raid and progression raid will go out on Thursday of the prior week at the latest via in-game calendar. The group priorities are as follows:

  • Invited/Accepted Guild Tanks (2 will receive invites)
  • Invited/Accepted Guild Healers (2/3 will receive invites depending on content)
  • Invited/Accepted Guild DPS
  • Invited/Accepted Non-Guild DPS
  • Invited/Tentative DPS/Healers/Tanks
  • All other DPS/Healer/Tanks

Raid invites will go out at 9pm PST. At 9:15, raid spots will be given away unless you’ve notified the raid leader in advance. If you accept the raid invitation and do not attend without notification, you will be moved to the lowest priority group for the next week (only attendance policy).

Members may be asked to change spec, change toon or in the event that we have more raiders than spots, simply sit. This decision will be based on needs of the raid. However we will try not to ask any player to sit for 2 raids in a row… we want to give everyone a chance to raid.

Loot

Loot rules for guildies
Gearing your toon is an important part of raiding and each guild members will have a “primary” spec.

  • MS>OS round-robin, so if you win MS loot you can only roll with OS rolls for the rest of the night

We don't "loot council" but there are some exceptions:

  • Obvious tank gear will be reserved for tanks
  • Caster gear with hit will be reserved for main spec dps
  • Caster gear with high amounts of spirit or mp5 will be reserved for main spec healers
  • Ranged weapons (bows/guns) will be reserved for hunters (unless it is a tanking weapon)
  • Recipes will be reserved for people that are at 450 in that profession
  • BOEs will be kept by the loot master and awarded at a later time (We may want to sell something that isn’t a clear upgrade in order to fund the guild bank)
  • Any gear that is not wanted by main or off spec players will be disenchanted and the mats will go to the guild bank

Loot rules for invited non-guildies & PUGs
If you’re part of the raid, you’re a part of the win so you deserve some loot. PUG members can participate in the “first roll” for loot associated with the spec they are playing within the raid with the exception of:
  • BOE Items
  • Tier Armor Tokens
  • Recipes
  • Orbs/Primordial Saronite
  • Legendary Shards

PUG members can then participate in the “second roll” for any off-spec loot.
